Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Cherry Tomatoes blended
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 4 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Ground Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Add the olive oil over a medium-heat saucepan
  • Add the onion and galric. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the dried oregano, ground paprika, salt, black pepper and sugar.
  • Blend the cherry tomatoes in a high-speed blender.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes to the saucepan.
  • Reduce the heat and cover for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with fresh pasta.
