Description

Harrisa flavoured chickpeas are very tasty and they make a great afternoon protein snack. Although they can be baked, you can also make these in an air fryer which turns out crispier and evenly cooked.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Can Chickpeas (drained)
  • 1 tbsp Harrisa Powder
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat air fryer to 200c/400f for 5 minutes.
  2. To your mixing bowl, add the chickpeas, harrisa powder and olive oil. Stir to combine.
  3. Add to the air fryer basket and heat for 12 minutes on 200c/400f.

  • This can be refrigerated up to 3-4 days.
