Cooked quinoa mixed with yogurt. Top up with your favorite fruit, nuts, butters or seeds. This will taste amazing the next morning when you’re craving a refreshing grab and go breakfast before work.

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa drained
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries


  • Add the cooked quinoa and natural yogurt to your mixing bowl.
  • Stir to combine and add honey.
  • Top with pine nuts, strawberries & blueberries
