  • Wash and remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower.
  • Cut it into quarters, and then into smaller chunks.
  • Add fewer chunks of cauliflower to the food processor at a time for best results.
  • Blend on high speed for 40 seconds, or until the cauliflower resembles fine rice
  • Add olive oil to a medium heated skillet, cover and sauté for 8 minutes.
  • Season to taste
